Hi i’m Yvete … and like anybody with a body, I’ve had my issues.
I too succumbed to that silly, sapping, ever goading struggle with weight.
At age 12, with the sudden discomfort of puberty & bursting my buttons, I vowed to understand the what this ‘weight thing’ was all about and find the best way to live in a healthy balanced body for life … for life.
40 years on and a lot of study, science, psychology and all manner of trial & error later, I am now ready to share what I know to help others find a better relationship with their body and with themselves … oh, and to get the results they truly, you, truly want.

The first Key Insight is to help others recognise that 80% of the food in the modern industrialised environment is NOT FOOD; it is highly engineered products designed to hook the consumer and keep them craving & purchasing. Due to our evolutionary biology most people are easily drawn to high fat-sugar-salt foods, and the convenienc of grab & go packaged or pre-prepared snacks & meals. The Methodology is 3 fold: i. Get YOURSELF onside unwind & rewire the psychology & emotion of food & eating ii. Get your BODY onside (learn about & practice with real, whole-foods appropriate for the human species) iii. Get your LIFE onside (stabilse & optimise those aspects of life that have nothing to do with food, but a lot to do with eating – stress, sleep, meditation, breathing, and habits).
